enabled in your browsers settings.
This can happen especially after applying XP SP2, when using Internet Explorer.
To resolve this, you need to right-click in the Information Bar (at the top of the page, and I'm afraid it disappears very quickly), then click on Allow Blocked Content and click on the Yes button.
To show the Home Page, you then have to press the Back button on the browser command line.
This also happens with Firefox (at least with 1.0.5 and 1.0.6)
This can be resolved by Right-Clicking anywhere on the page, Select NoScript from the pop-up menu
Set Allow nwpg.org.uk
Then use the Back button
